1. Subscription Purchases

BeatMySquad offers both free and premium subscription plans. All premium subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Duplicate charges due to technical error
• Unauthorized transactions with supporting evidence

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind
• Partial usage of subscription period
• Failure to cancel before auto-renewal
• Use of insights for betting or fantasy outcomes

4. How to Request a Refund

Send your request within 7 days of the transaction to support@beatmysquad.com including:

• Your registered mobile number
• Transaction ID and date
• Detailed reason for the refund

5. Third-Party Platform Purchases

Refunds for purchases made via Google Play or Apple App Store must be handled through their respective support platforms.

6. Changes to Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Continued app use after updates implies acceptance.
